When I saw the technician I thought he looked a little young. I’m glad I let him continue with his work. John W. did a FANTASTIC job with my air conditioner. He arrived promptly and was not in a rush. He told me exactly what was wrong with the unit and what he had to do to fix it. My highest recommendation for this young professional. He is as good as they come, and I’m glad A-1 American employs competent and respectful people to do excellent work.

Just in the Nick of Time!!

Last night the toilet would not flush and then the bath tub started to bubble up with yucky stuff. The next morning we called A-1 American Services and they came in a flash. They were so nice on the phone and just the same when they arrived. They snaked the line and now the toilet and tub are fine! As for the price($240) the customer service was so great I would pay rather than deal with a grumpy person. It made me feel like they cared and I was glad to give them the money. I will use them from now on and I recommend them to friends and family.
